There is ample free parking in the South Kesteven Sports Stadium car park. Let us know if you are expecting coaches or large vehicles so we can suggest the best access and drop-off point.

What AV equipment is included?

Corporate day bookings include WiFi plus projector and a 100-inch screen suitable for presentations. If you need microphones, additional displays, hybrid streaming, or bespoke lighting, tell us when you enquire and we will advise what we can provide or source.

Can we bring our own catering or use external suppliers?

Tea, coffee, and buffet options are available from the venue at the rates shown on our Facilities and Pricing page. If you have specific catering plans or external suppliers, outline them in your enquiry and we will confirm what is possible under our licences and on the day of your event.

What are typical access and finishing times?

Standard corporate day hire is usually quoted around 9am–5pm; private functions and evening events are agreed per booking. We will confirm your set-up, guest arrival, and clear-out window when we hold the date.

Will noise from match days or other stadium activity affect our event?

Accepted Answer

The Gingerbread sits within a live sports site, so occasional noise or traffic can occur on busy days. Share your preferred dates when you enquire and we will flag any known clashes and recommend timings where we can.

Can I use my own suppliers for items such as décor, entertainment, or equipment hire?

Yes, absolutely. We offer a range of trusted suppliers to help make planning your event as simple and stress-free as possible. However, you are welcome to source your own suppliers if you prefer.

Please note that any external suppliers must hold appropriate public liability insurance and be able to provide evidence of this upon request. Responsibility and liability for any third-party supplier rests solely with the supplier and the hirer, and not with The Gingerbread Conference & Events Centre.
